Frequently Asked Questions

Italian Citizenship
1.With the new Italian citizenship law, is it still possible to start the process?
Yes. Our team of citizenship law experts and constitutional lawyers is proceeding with appeals based on several unconstitutional points in the new law.
While no legal case can guarantee success, the chances of winning are high in most well-founded cases.
2.Do you handle Italian citizenship through marriage?
No. We specialize exclusively in citizenship by descent, that is, when you have an Italian ancestor (parent, grandparent, great-grandparent, etc.) and can prove the connection with official documentation.
3.Do I need to travel to Italy to obtain my citizenship?
Not necessarily. In judicial proceedings, our lawyers can represent you without you having to be present in Italy, using a power of attorney provided by our lawyers.
4.How much does it cost to start the process?
The cost depends on the complexity of your case, the number of applicants, the required documents and aditional services you can add.
The first consultation is used to assess your eligibility and send you a personalized quote.
